Another messed-up picture of me
I have been active on the Minneapolis/Saint Paul, MN music scene since my arrival from England many years ago. I have performed and recorded with several Twin Cities bands, most notably Fine Art (1977-1984) and Grey Area (1989-1991).

Bands I have produced include Husker Du, Language Club, Loyal Subjects, The Dignity Of Labour, The Camdens, Scott Walker (ex-Camdens) and of course Fine Art and Grey Area. I have also recorded non-pop/rock groups such as the avant-garde classical ensemble Zeitgeist and have written and performed music for theatre groups including Dudley Riggs' Brave New Workshop and Theatre de la Jeune Lune. I also wrote the theme music for the Gizmode radio show, which was at one time broadcast world-wide. I am currently just finishing a large restoration project, cleaning up the dozens of tapes from the Fine Art to Grey Area eras, including tracking down decent recordings of every song Fine Art ever performed, as well as restoring several of the albums and EPs I produced.

I am now devoting much of my enegy to composition as well as graphics and design. I have released four albums, Colinizations II, "Black Box, White Table" and Long : Form, which was available exclusively from the now defunct MP3.com. My latest album (Millions), is now available from Blue Water Records, as is the Sound Commandos album, a collaboration between myself and C.J. Wray.. I am also working on a new project by AuraScape and recently remastered an EP by Stellar Vestor

The WriteMix project, Coliny 1 closed in 2004. Don't Get Me Down is my original tune as well as remixes by me plus several other very talented people. I hope to have more information on when it will finally be available to the public in the not too distant future.
